At Axis Max Life, sustainability is at the heart of our CSR efforts. Building on the success of the Budhera Pond revival in the previous financial year, Axis Max Life expanded its water conservation efforts by undertaking 6 water body restoration projects across Haryana and Uttar Pradesh, strengthening local ecosystems and community water security. Our integrated village water security initiative in Agra includes:

• Water body revival
• Rooftop rainwater harvesting
• Strengthening drinking water infrastructure
• Promotion of conjunctive water use
• Community based water governance
• Strengthening WASH infrastructure in schools
• Menstrual hygiene management and awareness

We have also taken up the development and maintenance of an 800-meter green belt in Gurugram. This initiative aims to strengthen urban green infrastructure and improve the local ecological landscape.

Disaster Support

In response to the 2025 floods in Punjab, Axis Max Life supported a disaster rehabilitation program in Ferozepur district, implemented by Helping Hand Charitable Trust. The intervention focused on housing recovery, livelihood restoration and essential needs, enabling affected families to rebuild their lives with dignity.

• Home reconstruction and repairs for severely damaged houses
• Agricultural restoration through desilting support, seeds, manure, and diesel for tractors
• Livestock care via fodder and veterinary medicines
• Essential household and education support including furniture, bedding, utensils and school kits

Joy of Giving – Employee Volunteering at Axis Max Life

Joy of Giving was launched to nurture a culture of caring, collaboration, and camaraderie among our employees. Through this initiative, our employees actively contribute their time and skills across key focus areas - Education, Environment, Healthcare, Livelihood, and Financial Literacy and Insurance Awareness. Their efforts support diverse communities, including persons with disabilities, war widows, veterans, children, and the elderly.

In FY 2026, we marked a significant milestone with the launch of our first-ever CSR Week - Joy of Giving Week, bringing together employees nationwide in a collective spirit of giving. During the year, over 2,500 employees volunteered across 23 cities, positively impacting more than 13,700 beneficiaries.

In addition, several ongoing initiatives further strengthen our commitment to responsible giving. Charity collection boxes have been placed at the Head Office, encouraging employees to donate essential items such as shoes, clothing, utensils, and food grains. These contributions are thoughtfully upcycled or recycled to support individuals from economically weaker sections - resulting in the collection of 313 kilograms of donations in FY 2026.

We have also launched a quarterly refurbished laptop distribution program, designed to bridge the digital divide by providing students, schools, and NGOs with access to essential technology for learning and development.
