• The gross written premium of the company grew 13% to Rs. 33,223 crores
• Shareholders profit after tax at Rs. 406 crores
• Assets under management increased by 16% to Rs. 175,072 crores
• The solvency ratio of 201%, more than the mandatory 150%, indicates the company’s strong and stable financial position
• Conservation ratio at 83% and 13th-month persistency at 85%
• Policyholder Bonus Paid at Rs. 1,873 crores
• Sum assured in force at Rs. 2,191,857 crores, recorded an increase of 23% over the previous financial year
• Expense of management to gross direct premium ratio stood at 23%
• Grievance incidence rate was 38 per 10,000 policies for the year
