Do I Need to Register Separately if I’m an Axis Max Life Customer?
No, if you are an existing Axis Max Life customer, you don’t need to register separately. Simply login with your phone number, policy number, email id and OTP.
What Details are Needed to Log in for the First Time?
If you are an existing Axis Max Life customer, simply login with your phone number, policy number or email id with DOB and OTP.

Is My Data Safe in the App?
The customer app uses following security protocols to ensure data safety -
- Use of secure encrypted storage to store required minimal data locally
- Use of encryption and SSL pinning for the data exchange with server i.e. during data transit from client to server and back
- Proguard and App sealing to make reverse engineering of binaries extremely hard, root/jailbreak detection
- Device check (With apple) and App integrity checks (with Google) to control binary distribution through legit mediums (app store and play store)
- Biometric login for seamless and secure login into the app (after initial OTP based login)

Existing customers can sync health data including steps from their Google Fit (Android) and Apple Health(iOS). Any other wearables linked to the same will be synced on the app.
What is a Health Risk Assessment?
It is a personalized Health Assessment designed to give you powerful insights into your well-being. It would help you to know the status of your health, get access to personalised nutritionist sessions, customised diet and exercise plans and help you stay track your health goals.
How can I Book Free Health Assessment?
You can navigate to the app’s “Assess your health. Get started now” section via the homepage or the wellness tab and start your free Health Assessment.
How can I Avail Free Doctor Consultation? Are all Doctor Consultations Free?
You can book free general physical consultation on the app’s “unlimited access to doctor consultation” section on the homepage or the wellness tab. However, for availing Specialized Doctor consultations, booking medicines and booking specialized diagnostic tests, customers need to pay for the discounted price shown on the app.
Are the Doctors Available for Consultation through the App Licensed and Certified?
Yes, all the doctors & experts are certified & have all the necessary clinical experience.
How can I Access My Policy Documents and Certificates?
Customers can access their policy details of Max Life Insurance Secure Earnings and Wellness Advantage Plan (UIN: 104N136V02) under the “My Plan” section of the app.
Plan Details include:
Policy Number, Product Name, Policy status, Issuance date, ICU hospitalization benefit per day, Non ICU hospitalization benefit per day, Minor Surgery Claim amount, Major Surgery Claim amount, Premium payment term, Policy term, next due date, Policy modal premium, accrued benefits, Health sum assured, Death benefit at inception, Hospitalization claim left (Days in a policy year) and Surgical claim left (No. of surgeries).
Plan Details include:
