Step 1: Select the employee benefit scheme as per your requirement
The following schemes can be covered under this plan:
a. Defined Benefit (DB)
- Superannuation
- Gratuity
- Leave Encashment
- Post-Retirement Medical Benefits Scheme
- Any scheme with significant savings element
b. Defined Contribution (DC)
- Superannuation
Step 2: Make initial contribution based on actuarial advice
The policyholder pays an initial contribution (In respect of past, initial or current contributions) for the selected employee benefit scheme.
